Return & Exchange Policy

At, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase as per mentioned in the guidelines below, then only you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

At we have 2 days return and exchange policy, that gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from for the reasons mentioned below within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange:

  1. The product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging
  2. Product must be unused.
  3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer from our end. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Note: One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

To return a product to, please follow these steps:

  • Create a 'Return Request' under “Order History” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
  • We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.  ( not included in the website)
  • Exchanges:

    At  we have 2 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    Under Exchange Policy:

    1. Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is damaged or broken from the point you receive it (at the time of shipping), then just send the photos of the damaged products via mail on ( Thereafter, we will initiate the exchange of your product.
    2. Wrong size: If you receive the product of wrong size from our end, then only we will initiate the exchange of the product. (But, if you receive the product as per the order you have placed, but you want the product of different size, then in that case, there is no exchange policy).


    Refund/Cancellation Policy


    Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Please note that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

    Please Note:

    For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.

    Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. If in case, your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
